Everyone new to CrossFit (at CrossFit Brand X Poway) goes through a series called “The First 5″ workouts. They can be done in any order, and each workout needs to be completed before joining the regular class. ***Please email or text to reserve your spot.*** These workouts take place Monday through Friday following this schedule:
Monday – Workout #1 “Kelly”
7am and 6pm {Memorial Day 9am ONLY}
Tuesday – Workout #2 “Fran”
7am and 6pm
Wednesday – Workout #3 “Helen”
7am and 6pm
Thursday – Workout #4 “Grace”
7am and 6pm
Friday – Workout #5 “Cindy”
7am and 6pm
You may complete Workouts #1-#5 in any order. You must complete all “First 5″ workouts before joining the class.
If you can’t make one of the days, you can schedule a private training session to complete that day’s workout.
